well my name is lisa ommert, and I am new to the board, obviously.
to tell you a little about myself, I am a freelance artist, fossil/dinosaur model collector, and when I go back to school, I hope to major in paleontology.
I'm a "furry" artist (don't look it up if you don't know what it is, you won't like it) and lately I have tried to take my paleo art more seriously as I am trying to draw the most scientifically accurate dinosaurs that I can. I guess my big dream someday is to illustrate dinosaurs for museums or something, I'm not sure where I'm going with my art honestly.
I joined this forum because as I said, I am a collector of all things prehestoric, when I can afford them, especially dinosaur stuff. models and bronzes especially. I hope to find the best dino toys on the market via this forum, and I also hope to make a few friends with common interest :3
the dinosaur in my icon and my signature is an albertosaurus named Drumheller, a character of mine. I draw him with really big teeth, not found in albertosaurus sarcophagus, but I think it adds to his character. he gets made fun of for it by all the other guys.
well that's about all I have to say for now... I look forward to meeting all you guys. I sure rambled on quite a bit there didn't I? XD

I collect mainly theropods, I have a lot of the jurassic park toys from when I was a kid, I have a lot of carnegie dinosaurs too... basically anything that I think was made well ^_^
