If you click on any product, the "in-stock" status should appear right near the item price, you shouldn't need to go all the way to checkout. Unless there's a compatibility issue with your software, in which case, please feel free to let me know.
But yes, I've been pretty happy with the price range of this year's offerings. The new Wild Safari Brachiosaurus in particular was a pleasant surprise.

$10 for a toob, though? The new scupts are stunning, but that's a little out of line with previous offerings.

How about that. Guess I'm just used to seeing them for $7 at Michaels Crafts and the like.

Oh boo hoo ;D--here in Canada, the standard price has always been $10--more recent toobs are $12. Fact is, if we want better figures, even at toob sizes, it will cost. Let's be honest, the figures in the upcoming sea life toob are light years better than the elasmosaurus and kronosaurus in the Carnivorous dino toob (and most of those are better than the original dino toob).

Looks like it would be easy to just put some putty/clay on there to make yourself a replica of a living dinosaur head.
I really wish they would have made an amphibian toob or before the dinosaurs toob instead of the fossils/skulls toobs.

Yeah....but those are some detailed skulls! I think Safari started the process of improvement with their Alligator toob - I got that a few days ago, and the gators are very nicely sculpted.

The galapagos toob is very nice too. The feathered dino toob isn't bad either. Really though, do they think a 2 toobs of fossil pieces will sell well? I bet a toob like "dinosaurs of africa" or "the carboniferous forest" would sell better... ;D

Versus SKULLS and BONES! Kids like death. Skeletons are a safe way to play with death. Or maybe Safari is starting to do a bit of a reach towards collectors--these appear to be very well done.

I guess I'll have to pass up on the toob then, I don't want to shell out $10 just for one measly sea scorpion.
