Hello! Could I ask, who made the Megalosaurus figure? Was it Procon? Also, Safari made a Yangchuanosaurus as part of their 'Dinosaurs of China' series. It can be a little hard to get hold of now. (See here: dinosaurcollector.wordpress.com/2009/05/24/yanchuanosaurus-dinosaurs-of-china-by-safari-ltd/) Are there no websites in Singapore that sell dinosaur figures? If not then you will have to have them shipped internationally. Would probably be cheapest to get them from other places in Asia.

Hi Steven and welcome to the forum! Where did you decide to order your figures (good choice, by the way)? Then someone could tell you if there´s a better way to order them. This forum has its origins in Ireland and Mexico, since the founders Dinotoyforum and Tomhet live there.

Toyway also has a Megalosaurus figure which is pretty good. It is made in connection and approved by the Natural Hisotry Museum. Personal message me and I'll give you the website that ships it and the rest of the collection to most places in the world.

:)Hi wolverine - greetings from another new member! As you're from Singapore - maybe you find a way to get the Discover Dinosaurs Sets by Colorata. They also have a Yangchanosaurus figure (but the Colorata figures are small, the Yangchanosaurus is only about 12 cm long): www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=30689599&l=873b78df4e&id=1181385073And they are only sold in sets of seven to eight figures. edit: Me fool. It's of course Yangch uanosaurus. Spelled it wrong two times in one post? Oh, dear!

Attached photo. i find it very attractive. Singapore has a lot of toys shop but they are more into animate figurines and closing follow the japanese toys collection. Bearbrick, gashipon, star wars, ultaman, transformers, etc. Attachments:

This forum has its origins in Ireland and Mexico, since the founders Dinotoyforum and Tomhet live there. Thank you, i feel such a warm welcome with all the response post. Once again "thank you". i tried to order from a shop in US. It's call Dinosur Farm www.dinosaurfarm.com/paprfi.htmlThey response that the shipment cause over $50. But did not give further detail of whether they have all the 12 figures and what is the cost of the figurines. In short, i have not made any order yet. So far, all queries only. So now i am still looking for a shop that can send me all the figurines in one shot. Typical bad habit of a hobbyist, i cannot wait......hahahaaa.......... Yes, i would like to order if you a recommendation for me. i missed out, i also looking for: (3) Herrerasaurus (4) Liliensternus

Perhaps it is not the colour, i guess i was hoping to get a figurine that has more fearsome expression.

What an unusual dinosaur to like! Megalosaurus is one of those species that rarely get made as figures. I think you have the Invicta,Toyway, and CollectA/Procon to choose from ;D As for PM,if you look at the members column, you will see what looks like a printer icon, just hit that and it will give you a PM box. Good luck! ;D

Once again thanks for a warm welcome! What a fantastic forum! Do like to seek everyone opinion. Which model is more realistic (apatosaurus)? By the way, i was reading a book: "Dinosaurs - A very short Introduction" by David Norman. A small easy-to-read book, it highlights how we can enjoy the varieties of dinosaurs through the hardwork of some scientists. Thought it is interesting, just to share. Attachments:

Welcome, wolverine! We are spreading our nets wide, I see. Singapore members were rather at a premium before you joined. Enjoy the site.

Welcome! You should be able to get some of the FameMaster dinos in Singapore, which are little 4-D puzzles that come in plastic eggs. Some of them are quite nice.
