I like the specimen jars....kind of reminds me of that scene in Godzilla when the scientists are collecting them from the footprint.

Those are some absolutely stunning models paleotoys! Thanks for posting that. Tomhet - Those photos remind me that there is a rock and gem show here this weekend, www.gem-show.com/ and its always a treasure trove of awesome fossils, including some spectacular trilobites. They have some real stunners there in the past. Granted, theres always fakes there as well, but, as far as places to buy genuine and nice quality fossils, its amazing.

There is someone I ran across last night on DA that does some Dinos but a lot of prehistoric insects.quite realistic...I'll try finding it again later on. Didn't take as long as I thought.. The artwork looks really good, the colors are the same as real, modern, organisms... Honestly I usually buy the Safari insects if need something 1/1 scale for a dio...I have the Mantis, Dragonfly ( young Meganuera ) and the Scorpion for my 1/1 scale dromeosaur scene...if I manage to get those 1/1 Dinostoreus models at some point I can use them for that as well.
