Ok something just bizarre just happened. My dad got some Carnegie figures (ones that I was actually bidding on Ebay a few days ago, but lost - man I was pissed) but the weird irony is that he got the same figures I was looking for from the bank which they were giving away. Weird, I was actually thinking about the figures today prior to actually getting them.

I think I made a mistake on my post, he didn't bid on eBay since he doesn't know to use it. I meant there was a lot on eBay that had the same items that I got today lol. Man I was like "WTF?". My dad told me whenever he goes into the bank, he would always see those figures. One of the ladies told my dad they were giving them away and he told them I collect those, so they gave it to him. I guess I was lucky! I wanted the original Oviraptor so bad!

Hey that's a very nice collection already. I guess many people would envy you for having the Mamenchisaurus. But, hey, as a marine animals collector you don't have the Carnegie Tylosaurus yet? Should be a must for you! ;D EDIT: Oh, Seijun already said the same about the Mamenchisaurus...

Since when is the mamenchisaurus hard to find?! I found a shop a few years ago with like ten of the things. I don't really like it because it's kindoflumpy, but it does have it's charm.

I saw one as little as a couple of months ago at a local hobby store and I half thought about it (then my wife reminded me that I collect pterosaurs...). I have since had to tell my wife that I like other prehistoric critters also ;D Short story is keep looking you will probably run into one.

I don't think there are any online sellers that still have it. No place in my town has them.

I'd be psyched to see the Mamenchisaurus show up for sale too... Huh. Maybe it was recently discontinued. It used to be quite common.
