Depending where you are in Quebec, you may also be able to get to the Canadian Museum of Nature in Ottawa. There is also the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto.
And if you have time, or are in the right place, you can head over to Miguasha National Park, where there is a large amount of fossil material from the Devonian (but NO COLLECTING).

Thanks for everything, I was a little general because I have yet to decide that I turned in Cananda .. Thanks you were very kind Anchry6 I only gave the places that were out, toward Quebec. If you head out West (Calgary is the major Centre) then of course there is the Tyrrell Museum in Drumheller, AB; the T.rex Centre in Eastend, SK (I am the manager at that one); Dinosaur Provincial Park, also in AB; and lots of smaller places with little exhibits. But the trick is that anything dinosaur (or Tertiary, for that matter) has come from here anyway, since this is where it is all found! Well, and a little in northern BC, but it isn't well-explored yet.
