That's right. I don't know anything. But honestly, I am hoping an Acrocanthosaurus is among them, because the Carnegie mold from 2001 is horrible.

Acrocanthosaurus is one of my favorite theropods and poorly represented in the toy world. I guess the Battat figure would be the best but I don't see myself getting one of those.

Not at all.
I could have bought one back in '98. I held it in my hands and everything. I thought it was a very nice figured. Ended up getting an Amargasaurus instead.

I would settle for the the Amargasaurus as well...any Battat really but the acro is high up on my list. Why didn't you just get both?

Although--depends on the girl, I suppose (Rosie O'Donnell popping out may be more disturbing than anything, for example. Sorry for putting that out there ).

Quite simply because I am an idiot who still makes that mistake. when I go toy hunting, I buy x1 only. And Rosie O' Donnell is NOT a girl. She is Rosie O'Donnell: a species of her own.

Archaeopteryx that would be cool. If you missed the 2 Bullyland ones (first blue, then green) you will probably be waiting awhile. There is one in the Groovy Toobs extinct life toob

Also, if you don't mind me asking sbell, any word on when we will have the safari replicas revealed to us? I figured I'd ask instead of throwing anymore conjecture into the thread

Well if we can choose the girl in the cake than that is an entirely new ballgame.

They are doing a retailers sneak-peek the first weekend of October, so I can't imagine it would be much longer than that.

Safari will be unveiling their 2012 lineup at the ABC Kids Expo on September 23. That doesn't mean they'll post stock images online at that point, but if it's anything like last year, we might start seeing vistors' photos from the expo.

Where will this expo be held at? Kentucky. It's open to retailers (like most of these shows, it requires pre-booking).
