I just bought these, and they are A LOT smaller then how they look in you pics, boki ;D I think I mentioned they are small But yah, the fires are small making the rather cute looking So what do you think of them? I think they look good, I really wish they did not put those annoying circular logo on the figures. Why ruin a good figure with it?

The JP figures all had a logo too, I don't mind that as much though because they are park animals which you may expect to have such a branding ;D I also have a problem with sticky labels. *shudder*

Fill em' in with a bit of putty , sculpt a bit and paint... Nah, I seriously don't mind logos. I also don't like customization. I like figures the way they are.

I don't paint. I hate painting. Thats why I don't spice up my drawings with colored pencils....I'm not much for that.

I know thats what you meant I was just pointing out that if I screwed up, I wouldn't paint it. If you sculpt something incorrectly you can always remove the putty and start again no big deal...painting..well I had the same reservations myself when I started out...you just need to start with some cheap 1.00 figures and work with them before doing anyhting too valuable. It takes some effort and work but once you start customizing you will find there are tons of things you can fix up.

I saw these and will probably at least get the deluxe rex with its snazzy colors. I'd like to see the toro, but from the images on the box, it looks like it might be a good looking figure as well.
The pteroasaur and some of the others are also nice, I too just wish they didn't have such a large "sticker mark". I guess some sculpting compound and some paint might be would be worth a try, as they are not particuarly expensive figures.

So apparently here in Canada we can't buy them, and TRU-America won't sell across the border. I've run into this before, but it always cheeses me off. I guess I can put them on my trade-for list. Or I know people that frequently cross-border shop, except there's no TRU in northern Montana that I'm aware of.

I just want the Othnielia...yay for more ornithopods.
The Tyrannosaur, the big one, almost looks like the JP red red...the moldings under the neck are very...familiar.
