Wow, a year?? You know, with some practice, you could become one of the best artists around. Its amazing how you were able to draw these dinosaurs after only a year. Very nice.

Very impressive, Ikessauro!
Quick hints about shading -- whatever areas you want to come out to look closer to you, make lighter. Whatever you want to look further away from you or if it's an area in a fold of skin or where arms and legs attach to the body, make darker.
Example: In the middle of the torso/body, you darkened it. Make that middle section lighter towards the center to make it look like it's rounding out towards you.
Hope this makes sense?!
Anyway, you already have very good natural atristic talent. Keep up the good work! Wow, so many good artists on here!! I'm impressed!

After a while without much practice (I've been busy) I am drawing again. Here are some art I did recently, some are a little old, just painted.
I hope to try my hand on some more dinos soon. I appreciate any tips or comments on my art.

These are lovely, Patrick. I think I like the Dilophosaurus best. Great sense of energy in the Protoceratops too.
