Well, we are now nearing the end of my collection posting for now... unless you guys are not yet sick and tired of the WWD, Kinto, SEGA and would like to see more photos ;D ;D ;D I have new one to post on my CQ and spared yah all ;D Anyways, here we take a look at another, often overlooked, group of prehistoric critters that can be found just beneath the prehistoric oceans. Like the amphibians, the collection is a very recent addition and is small. I'm sure if asked, sbell and tomhet can post more pictures from their impressive collection! We have the fish, the ammonites, trilobites, and some other weird and wonderful critters to look at. As a bonus, I have added some modern reef fish and some marine mammals ;D So ladies and not so gentlemen, put on your snorkels and jump in! One more thing, please do not feed the animals ;D Enjoy! My school of fish The " others"... The Kaiyodo and the likes.. a closer look. Some really well done figures in the line, I don't have them all of course. I really like the sharks. I do have new figures that will be joining them very soon! The TEDCO set. THE whole Prehistoric Panorama line is really worth acquiring and adding to your collection. They have some gems, the dinosaurs is perhaps the only one from the series that can be ignored. But the pterosuars, amphibians/early reptiles, early life, marine, and mammals, are all excellent! The Bullyland set. Truly one of their best ever! Very well sculpted figures and good sized, too. Get them while you can, they may not last for very long. I did not get the jellyfish since it really look like any ordinary jelly ;D The Australian Yowies. A line worth chasing after since they have so many obscure figures. The line is big with many series. Unfortunately they can be very hard to find and can be expensive ( mostly from Australia). The ROM Burgess Shale collection. Another hard to find gem! The oh so lovely WS Dunkleosteus chasing a school of fish ( from the Chap mei Elasmo set). The best figure of the species ever made. Some prehistoric turtles, a very small group in my collection. The modern Reef fish and some deep water fish The pretty ones and the not so pretty ones ;D, a close look some misc. fish and the whales and dolphins ( and a sunfish) wanna see some bright colors and spots? ;D Well, so how was the swim? ;D Hope yah all enjoyed it. That's it for a while, I think I will give yah all a break ;D I still am debating if I would be patient enough to tackle the HUGE theropod collection ;D Cheers! ;D

Very nice collection boki, don't you just wish there were more of them? *eyes that Dickinsonia greedily* Absolutely right, tomhet! ;D I can't wait to get my Kaiyodo ones, new ones I just won. I was about to order some from Clawmark toys, but then aangcollectables auctioned off a pretty good set for less than $40! If I had proceeded with my original plan, it would have cost me more than $50 just to get 5 figures. I think the one he had is series one, it had a shark, placoderm fish, trilobite, and one creature that looks lie an arrow, i think it's a fish of some sort ;D and others I don't even remember! So tomhet, did you ever receive the helecopteron ( not sure of the spelling ) shark? I want to see a picture please ;D It's such a cool looking fish.

Wow Boki, is there any group you don't have a substantial collection of? You never cease to amaze me. The only fish I have are the ws dunkie, kaiyodo s7 dunkie skull, and the kaiyodo s3 Hemicyclaspis.

I assume you mean the Helicoprion. It is a cool one. did I mention that I have every fish and amphibian from both Yowies and Dinotales? As for the arrow one--that would be the agnathan Pteraspis. The placoderm is Bothriolepis. Now you need to keep your eyes open for the version 2: One of the few S1.2 that I have--I have picked and chosen through them. One that I really like is the repaint of the Axelrodicthys, mostly because it completely abandoned the modern-coelacanth colours:

Gee, it's not even my favorite group ;D

No idea what happened. I'll try again: Helicoprion: Pteraspis (if it is the lot I think it is, it is supposed to be almost all of Series 1, so you should be receiving it--the photo is very tiny!): Series 1 Bothriolepis: Bothriolepis 1.2: Axelrodicthys S1.2 And you know what--if they don't work again for some reason, just go here: dinotoymuseum.blogspot.com/

Very nice! Did you just put it up? Oh lucky you owning those mini WWD figures! How on earth did you get them? Yah, turns out I don't have that arrow looking fish, Pteraspis I got almost all the fish you have posted except for the yowie Helicoprion! I want that shark so bad! If you ever have an extra let me know. I got the purple Bothriolepis ;D Are you still looking for and starlux inchtyo, the one that look like a swordfish? ;D I just found I have an extra one! I was cleaning and pulled a drawer out and lo and behold, under it is my box of mini Battats and another small box with some Kaiyodos and Starlux! ;D I should clean more often ;D ;D ;D

As for the Helicoprion--I gave an email address for a Christine O'Grady in the Members' Secret area--if anyone has one, she will.

Also, the Pteraspis is Series 2.
And yeah, I just set up the blog--I think I will give it some order at a later time. Either by age, or by maker. I will see when I get there.
