I'll be submitting one, but I have no idea when. Wow, it almost definitely landed on its head then.

My god, Boki! A decapitation no less!! She not only went off the deep end, she lost her head! Looks like a clean break though. Should be easy to masquerade her misfortune!

How far was tha tfall?? I know the toys CAN be broken, but they usually have quite a bit of flex. I wonder if Safari is using a different plastic mix for these new ones?? A cost cutting measure, that makes them a bit more brittle?? Cause, if they survive repositioning.....? This one looks like it just snapped, and that seems very odd to me. Glad you fixed her up though. See, it is fun painting your own. Plus, no waiting for lazy artists to send it back to you.....

Not many figures are going to withstand a 15 foot drop on a hard, rock floor. The material the newer Safari's are made of is brittle. If the Nigersaurus struck its neck even from a even a shoter heighth, its could easily snap It has a small amount of flexibility to it, but when a large amount of force is implied quickly to a relatively narrow structure, it will snap. (Unless the object is light, and flexible such as the 08 WS Allosaurus, which has a greater chance of surviving)

To test it would only take a simple easy experiment. We could send our findings to the Journal of Unlikely Science. "The relationship between height, plastic type, and the survival of falling dinosaur toys"

I'm pressed for time at the moment. I'll try to get one done. School isn't important. Dioramas are.
