These photos make me want to sculpt a lot of antelopes- If you do sculpt any antelope, I would highly recommend a Saiga--it would suit many people here who like their Ice Age stuff. Plus, the way things are going, they'll probably be extinct soon enough anyway--and then they can be part of the extinct animals lines (Thanks WWF, for temporarily saving rhinos by getting another animal wiped out first).

Wow, I never would have thought there would be that MANY Starlux and others out there! Thank you for sharing, its wonderful to see how many are out there yet for me to discover. Thank to your wonderful photos, I am inspired to put on my camouflage outfit and go hunt those fabulous figures ;D Starlux also produced these ones I forgot yesterday. STARLUX : The gnu and the bubale caama About Starlux I also missed the very rare Jentink's duiker, Arabian oryx and the extremely rare Sable antelope One day they will be mine... Just need to find them when my banker is looking elsewhere ;D If I can help you to track some of them in the european savannah, I will do it with pleasure. * covers eyes* Wow, you are the master herder ;D The figures are all oh so beautiful Good luck on those rare figures, if it's rare there in France, imagine how impossible it would be for us here to try and even acquire those ;D Yah, do scan the European Savannah for some remnant antelopes for me, I would surely want some of those Starlux to add to me herd ;D

These photos make me want to sculpt a lot of antelopes- ;D The Gods are listening ;D Malcolm, if you ever sculpt an antelope, I pray to god it would be a Sable or a Bongo Or perhaps so it is in line with your prehistoric line, maybe one of those Syndyoceras, Hayoceros, orr even one of those Sivatheriums would be super cool! Believe me, despite what Tyrannax believe, if I had the $$ to ask for a commissioned piece I would so do it in a heartbeat! My dream is to have a set of 1:40 scale Embolotherium, Brontotherium, Elasmotherium, Arsinotherium, and Eobasileus As you can see, I love everything that ends with -therium ;D ;D ;D The prehistoric mammal line is in desperate need of new figures and I mean new species and not the same old five: mammoth, saber-tooth, woolly rhino, cave bear, glyptodon Right now, your Indri is the star He will soon be joined by another one, the deluxe CollectA figure coming sooooooon So he won't be lonely out in the pasture all by himself ;D

Your forgetting Megatherium as one that has been done over and over! ;D True ;D So how many Mega do you have, stoneage? ;D Not very many! Let's see there is the Bullyland, Dinotails Series 2, Marx (Many), MPC (Many) Prehistoric Dino Tube, Small Playvision, Schleich, Starlux, and Wild Safari. That's all I can think of right now. As you know most of them have the original Zallinger Marx pose. ;D

Have you not seen how HUGE my dinosaur collection is compared to my humble "deer things" as you call them? No, the "deer thing" is just a sideline, something differrent, after all I work in a zoo ;D

Wow, loads of great stuff in this thread. Many of them I haven't seen before, and that's saying somthing. I have all of the Schleich ones of course, but not much else. If someone were going to sculpt some prehistoric types it would be nice to see some of the fanged deer done, they've shown up in association with the rhinoceros in North America. The only living species are all from Asia these days. Where is that Thylacine from? The Starlux and Yowies iare the only ones I had seen before. Some assorted Artiodactyls:
