I scrolled through the collector's database for the first time and I must say I am amazed at some of the things I saw there. Bokisaurus' collection comes to mind. The funny thing is, at one time or another I owner probably 80% of the critters I saw, but - as I've said elsewhere, I'm not a collector in the strict sense. I collect, get tired of stuff, sell it on ebay and move on. I would guess that more than a few of the pieces in various collections I saw came from one of my hundreds of dino auctions over the years! Right now I have 3 collections that are pretty stable (ie not for sale any time soon) A 1:40 collection, a smaller 1:80 Japanese mini-dinos collection with a few Safari's thrown in, and my mostly customized 1:35 collection. All of my huge 1/20 dinos have been sold off last year. So, here they are, its not much, but its got some nice pieces.

What a beautiful sight I dig that gigantic blue Brachio...What company made him? Hmmm...it must be the light - he's actually dark brown/gray. Its the Tamiya Brachiosaurus, modified so that the angle of the neck is moved downward to a more realistic pose. Its a styrene injection kit, fits VERY well with the 1:40 PVC figures - so I won't be buying any new PVC Brachs as none will approach that one in detail (or size!)

Is that all the coloratas? And please tell me you didn't put holes in all your figures held up by wires! Its not all the Coloratas, but most of them. The ones I didn't like I resold. I think its about 75% of the 3 sets issued so far. OK. I won't tell you that I put holes in all the figures held up by wires. A little putty and paint and no one - I mean NO ONE would be able to tell that anything was ever there. Take a look at my Battat theropods - almost all of them have been modified in the legs so they could stand - look at the #1 version of the Batat TRex - so nice and straight. Now look at his legs. The cuts and corrections are right there in front. Can you see them? Didn't think so. If you held it up to your eye you couldn't see them because I matched the paint perfectly. And there ain't no lines either. ;D

Ohhh your poor WwD ornithocheirus *LOL* I think you fellas take some of this collecting stuff too seriously. Or maybe you missed the part above where I mentioned that it would take me 5 minutes to make it as pristine as it was when I took it oout of the box. ;D

Is that all the coloratas? And please tell me you didn't put holes in all your figures held up by wires! I already put up pictures of all of the Coloratas. I can't quite place them, but there are some missing for sure (such as the Mosasaur and Furabusaurus).

Yep, that tamiya Brachy is very nice, I love mine as well. I have all of the Tamiya diaroma dino kits. They are supposed to be 1/35 scale. With that brachy around there is no need for another. I did not modify the neck on mine, I have the Kinto Favorite too, and it has a more horizontal neck, so i can have one each way. I am jealous of yur Battat armored dinos though, and that schleich iguano. I am becoming imune to the sight of the Battat diplo though, as EVERYONE has one and flashes it in my face. Its like I don't even see it anymore. lalalalalalala lalala la.

Hey Bucketfoot, if you get tired of the flying figure in the first picture, upper left hand corner, let me know. I'll take it just as it is. ;D

Wow! Wonderful collection! I am liking those sauropods ;D And it's nice to know that my collection holds up ;D I like how you put all of your marine reptile on wire and stand, makes a great display that way. One day, once I have a bigger space, I will display my collection in a more permanent way instead of bins ;D I love those Colorata, very cool figures!

Wow . A man who own the mythical wwd ornithocheirus and is able to make a hole in just to let it flight is really a serious guy. Congratulations sir. I'm sure you can't find nothing in my collection that came from your dino auctions. To repair this real injustice, I agree to put up the ornitho and the big brachio.... Very nice and well displayed collection mister bucketfoot. I appreciate seeing dinos nearly in scale with each other. So, can you tell me why you agree the big Battat dilophosaurus to play the intruder in your 1/40 shelve ? ;D

*SNIP I am jealous of yur Battat armored dinos though, and that schleich iguano. *SNIP* Actually that is a Toyway WWD Iguanodon - the very first discontinued figure, took me forever to get one (you can find all of them on ebay uk). I know about the back feet being inaccurate, but otherwise it is my favorite WWD dino figure...

And the bluish Ankylosaur is a custom made from the Kabaya Araki Ankylosaurus and the Sega mini-Ankylosaur. Its all explained on my web gallery, linked below my sig.

Love the collection!
Did you modify that Furata Diloph?
I also see you repositioned your WS Diloph - how difficult was it, and what did you do?
