...didn't arrive. I sent the money to Malcolm, and later he said that he shipped, but I still never recieved. He hasn't answered my last two emails regarding the purchase.

Sometimes it takes Malcolm a little while to respond, but IME he's always set things right. (and I have received both a Rex and Dilo from him)
What sort of timeframe are you talking about here? A week? Two? A month?

And remember, this isn't his dayjob and he often works crazy hours. I had to wait a little while on shipping for my dinos because he was in the middle of a pretty serious project. It was totally worth it, though.  |

My advice young grasshopper is to chill. Just like the late Sakurai-san from ebay's UDF animal - who usually took over a month to send out his ultra-rare goodies from Japan, it WILL come.
Malcolm is the man, I don't think he's ever done anyone wrong around here. Give it time and don't go to the mailbox waiting for it every day because you'll just drive yourself crazy.
Focus on your other acquisitions/trades, and then one day - it WILL come. And it will be worth the wait. I'm waiting on the same animal from him, but he can take as much time as he needs.
