Ok, so lets get back on the game, shall we? So, after acquiring the 2009 CollectA/Procon Sarcosuchus, which I love, I decided to try and get the other giant croc, Dienosuchus. I'm not a big fan of the big croc, so I have not made any attempt to acquire them before. It was only after I got my Sarcosuchus that I decided he need some company. Well, after some searching, I found a Carnegie and a Schleich ones. Is that it for this big guy? Libra sent me the Klienweika figure, so that makes 3 dienosuchus in my collection. I guess, since, unlike the very distinctive Sarcosuchus, it would be pretty easy to call any "large" crocodile figure deinosuchus, right? So here they are, my prehistoric crocodile collection ) Schleich figure... Safari figure... Kleinwelka figure... CollectA/Procon Sarchosuchus figure WR mini crocodiles ;D The entire collection ;D So, are there more larger figures? Cheers! ;D ;D

It pains me to say it, but Procon may be the winner here....bleh!

Not any other large figures that I know of. The best looking models I've seen of the Deinosuchus would be those from Sideshow and Foulkes. Though obviously, that's not a fair comparison.

The best, IMHO, are the Carnegie Deino and the Procon Sarcho

I still think the safari looks the most realistic, and what I'd expect a deinosuchus to look like.... Boki, I know these are only big crocs, but you should also get the kaiyodo rutiodon

Can we accept this one as a Deinosuchus, too? Noone seems to know what it was supposed to be.

Currently there are very few remains of the Deinosuchus that have been discoved, and much of it is fragmentary. A skull of the animal has been found which is very similiar to a crocodile with a broad snout. However reconstructions of this animal are very speculative, and based on living crocodiles more then the evidence. I think your figure is good enough, based on what we know.
