Sadly, a negative for Galileo. He failed to deliver on a purchase made by our family in December. He made several promises: - "Ships this week, sorry for the delay.", "Your kits will be in your hands within 2 weeks. Sorry for the inconveniences. All the best. Galileo", but we could never get a tracking # or reply as the clock ticked down to the date when we had to regrettably file a paypal dispute to recoup our $. We did get our $ back, but would rather have received what we ordered.  |

Hi Guys and Girls
Here is my story with GALILEO HERNANDEZ NUNEZ.
I payed them more than the real price show on his website because I was using them for my work.
I accepted.
I always was good with him, sending money even before the models were created. Waiting 6 to 9 months models he told me 2 weeks only were necessary to build them.
The guy asked me to pay him with a phone once, asking me to buy a phone in europe and send it to him.
Well I sayed yes.
I visited the Stan Winston Studio two times, I always sayed them that some models, not every models but some of them were made from scan.
When I meet Steven Spielberg he asked me if I could put some pictures of his work inside the book I gave him. Well he was a friend, I sayed yes.
But the guy wants all the credit about my cgi models. The process is easy, I get the maquette, scan the maquette, and make a retopolgy on the maquette because evrybody know it's impossible to move a scan.
So I created a retopoly and kept 3000 vertexes from the scan, that's very low but that was a start.
Then I corrected the shape to get a perfect models making them fit exactly the animatronic pictures.
Once this done I subdivided the model and added details to it.
Almost all the models a more than 8 000 000 polygones, I kept 3 000 poly from the scanned model. SO THERE IS 0,0375% of the model who is from the scanned model.
AND the guy tells me is not credited enough! He want credit for the complete cgi model and tell that's his model but that's just a lie. I credit him evrywhere, I even credited him in front of the guys from Legacy effects and even credited him to STEVEN SPIELBERG and he wants more!
IN TOP OF THAT.
A friend of mine told me this: " He even tried getting me to help him make fun of David Krentz" The guy who made some sculpt for the dinosauria line and directed Dinosaur revolution.
Then he told me: "
He made an image insulting him and his work on Dinosaur Revolution and wanted me to post it for him.
I told him he just do it himself."
That's always like this, he tries to ask people saying bad thing about his "ennemy"
He promessed a friend he will send him some sideshow model for free and he never did.
I had suffered some "attack" on my facebook page, people telling me bad thing about the Galileo credit, at the same time, the page on which there is my demo reel was attacked too.
A second friend told me a lot of guys were waiting for the models they payed.
Each time he says 2 weeks and you get the models after 6 months, WHEN YOU GET THEM SOMEDAY, I PAYED TWO MODELS AND WILL NEVER RECEIVED THEM!
He is a very bad guy, I though he was a friend but finally was a swindler, 4 times people affraid contacted me asking questions about him, why he doesn't answer their email, why they are still waiting their models after one year, why he changed his paypal account ...
Well sorry for all this but I had to warn you about that guy, and at the contrary of what he does, I do it with my real name and don't ask other people to do it.
