I also discovered something very interesting about my water spitting guy here, just take a look at this artwork by WILLIAM STOUT made in 1981: I d**n knew my buddy was a sauropod ;D I just love the art of that man, I would love to obtain some figures from his designs, which I allways found spectacular. Do you guys know any more figures (from any year or collection) which were inspired by WILLIAM STOUT artwork?

Wow, that's interesting. It seems the Procon Styracosaurus was inspired by Tucciarone's. Not the artist you were looking for, but still kind of interesting.

There should be a thread regarding the figures inspired by paleoart, what do ya think?

I knew I recognized the figure from an image--and it suddenly makes something clear. I always assumed that the awkward rear leg was the result of making the figure fit the image. It turns out, the sculptor was bang on, and the image itself has the leg overextended. I owe an apology to a nameless, faceless sculptor who I always assumed did a good enough but awkward job.

It might not be Tucciarone's best work, but he still makes some beautiful pieces. A real gentleman, too.
