I wouldn't want to steal Loren's thunder. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) No problem. I wanted to get them up here, but suffered a little computer interactive problem, I guess. Thanks for uploading the images. The audience at Cryptomundo is technically 2000 times larger, so I'm glad to have worked out the glitches early here. No thunder stolen. Best wishes, Loren

Ah, there ya go. Nice work. They look a bit rougher than they do in the catalog, but otherwise spot-on. That is one nice pterosaur. i can fix quality to max ![](http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y206/spino529/coelancanthws-cryptomundo3.jpg) ![](http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y206/spino529/kentrosaurusws-cryptomundo3.jpg) ![](http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y206/spino529/rhamphorhynchusws-cryptomundo3.jpg)

They have now been saved in duplicates in .tif and .jpg files at Cryptomundo. Sorry, for any technical difficulties. Loren Thanks for the pics ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) Now we know 3 of the 7 new Wild Safari line. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) (I'm still betting on Brachiosaurus being one of the remaining 4. ;D)

I've added the figures (with their respective price ranges) on my website, if anyone is interested. I would also like to point out that these are only some of the Wild Safari releases planned for 2010. The best from Safari is yet to come. ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png)

I'm curious what the pricepoint on the new WS figs will be - closer to a Scutosaurus or a Postosuchus? My guess is 4.99 for the dino and ptero, and possibly 7.99 for the fish. Have you seen the size for the Rhamph? I am guessing Postosuchus pricing. The Kentro will likely be in the middle. The Coelacanth is hharder to gauge--probably similar to some of their larger marine animals (so about $10-$15). So how come you get to release this info Loren, when a week ago I was asked to say nothing?

Clearly, because Safari doesn't trust you. You're all shifty and such. ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)

I am a member of the media. Cryptomundo is the #1 cryptozoology blog in the world. I write articles/books/columns for other magazines, as well, and I consult to MonsterQuest, and all that. Don't mean to brag or bore you, just giving the background.
I wanted to put a positive spin on the 2010 releases, so I merely inquired. Safari Ltd said "Yes." Most people like the publicity I give them. Few people say "No."
Also, I did submit my request nicely, and was open, from the beginning, that this was for journalistic reasons and I would be publishing the images. They picked the images.
I have no idea why they said "No" to others here, but it may be because (1) you did not have a media outlet, (2) dealer rules, and/or (3) some of you are with other companies or inside Safari. I didn't ask about that and am not interested.
Cheers, Loren

Wow, very cool! I'm very relieved, they're all going to be stars in my collection ![8-)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cool.png) Perhaps the Rhampho is another species? The crest doesn't seem appropiate. Anyway, I'm very glad they're still releasing fishies and pterosaurs ![8-)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cool.png)

Finally somebody makes one of the smaller pterosaurs. I like that its wings are lifted too, I'm getting tired of them all being sculpted "flat".

Wow! Thanks for this exciting news update, crypto1!!
Looks like WS has cut back a bit on their paint layers, but their sculpts still seem to be pretty detailed and as far as I can tell, fairly accurate.
Really psyched about the Kentro and Rhamph. They were on my list of wants for the suggestions' list we made up for Safari!! ;D

I bet there's a plesiosaur, right? hmmm? ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) But hey-- A fish, a pterosaur, an obscure stegosaur-- Even if they were to suddenly cancel all of the other unknowns now, I'd be perfectly fine with what they have ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

The Kentrosaurus is ok. Looks like...I don't know. low quality or something. I'm not impressed. As for the other two, I'm not excited by them. I want to hear news about that Brachiosaurus.
