You think it could be a pterosaur toob??? It could be great to have some small pterosaurs from jurassic and Triassic ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) An amphibians toob would be great too... ![8-)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cool.png)

I'm liking the coelocanth and the Ramphorhynchus. Kentrosaurus not so much, but that's mainly because I've got several Kentrosaurus models (nearly all Yowies) already.

The blue of the coelacanth and its detailing are quite beautiful. This replica will be an instant celebrity figurine for a wide-variety of diverse collectors. Mark my words.

Looking carefully at the latest photo, it seems the coelacanth actually has a shiny finish, rather like the Dunkleosteus. If so, this will definitely be a prettier fish once seen in person.

For those interested in tracking how interested others are in this, please note that the "breaking news" made it to Boing Boing this morning, via my buddy David Pescovitz: www.boingboing.net/2009/09/09/plastic-coelacanth-f.html![](http://www.cryptomundo.com/wp-content/uploads/coelancanth.jpg) Boing Boing has between 5 - 9 million readers a day. That Coelocanth looks amazing. I really, really like it. As for the others, I can see the similarity to Procon...But rather in a good way, and not too extreme. Almost similar to Papo as well, but mildly. I do think the Kentrosaurus eyes are a tad huge though. It is kind of weirding me out. Would like to see the plates and spikes defined by a different colour a tad more, but those do look pretty nice.
Im looking forward to seeing the announcements of the others. I also cant wait till eventually painted shots of the new Carnegie's are released.

I do think the Kentrosaurus eyes are a tad huge though. It is kind of weirding me out. I agree, the eyes are a little massive, but it's really nice otherwise. The colour scheme does remind me of Papo Stego. The Rhamphorhynchus is wonderful. Even if I can never spell it. Maybe we should've had Dimorphodon or something after all. ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)

I'm perfectly happy with Rhampho...etc. - it's a fantastic-looking beast. Of course, Dimorphodon would be good too, what with its outsized head...

I thought the above read "it has a shiny FISH, like the dunky..." I was like wtf I dont see a fish and the Dunky definately doesnt have a fish in its mouth!

FYI:
The President of Safara Ltd informs me that there will be no more official releases of images or names of the species depicted in the 2010 replicas, until November 1st, because they are fearful of other companies stealing their ideas to make inferior copies.
Of course, the "leaks" will continue.

ROFL.
Not that it'll prevent them from being copied, anyway.
