These are some sculpey dinos I did 10 years ago and a few models. Next I will post some mammal conversions I've done recently. Hope you like them. Hope I post them right Acrocanthosaurus, he sits kinda low was supposed to be in dio tracking prey, but got way too big. He is 23" long. Shonisaurus is old rendition, should be a lot skinnier, maybe I'll make a new one. Mosasaur and squid Igaunadon, kind of an old wrinkly bull. Spiney thought he was big stuff!! Horizon JP Brachiosaurus Brachiosaurus family. Horizon and Tamiya. Lindberg JP T-rex modified position. Paleoferroequine X-Plus styracosaurus Plateosaurus?

Wow these are very impressive. I love the old wrinkly iguanodon. I like how you decided to do an individual animal that really may have existed and not just another peak example of a given species. The brachios are also very cool.

Are they air brushed or hand painted? Did you prime the sculpey sclptures before painting them? Also did you use any sealents?

They are airbrushed mainly. I prime them with an acrylic base color. I also learned that I had to bake them them till they just started to scorch! Most of them were not and the Shonisaurus has developed cracks and the paint has not really dried properly, not real bad but tacky. Same with the mosasaur. The Iguanadon on the hand was left in the oven for what I thought was too long and got a little smokey! But it has never cracked and is harder. BTW, most of its color is the way it burnt and I only touched it up a bit.

I learned that they scortched too when i did a bust of charles darwin to be casted in resin infact his nose turned black and black smoke set the fire alarm off. I cut my giganotosaurus into pieces and avoided it.

Absolutely amazing! I'd sell a limb for that Brachiosaurus. Perhaps I'd sell an arm...
