I also have an unpainted Prehistoric Scenes Phorusrhacos that I will get ot sometime. At its scale, it will represent the largest member of the species, the 10+ foot tall "Kelenken"which lived millions of years before Phorusrhacos and has a 1.5 metre long head ...

That megatherium is cool! I never saw that animal in such a dark color before but I like it. I even really like the black tongue.

I'm liking the custom mammoth. Was Primeval the inspiration?

I'm liking the custom mammoth. Was Primeval the inspiration? Yes. That was the subject of an earlier thread when I finished the figure over the Summer. That is why the head domes are so impossibly large.

i've never seen that long-horned bison. And does safari make a megalania? or is that ust a larger komodo dragon figure? Well, its because the Bison is a custom - I used the Procon Bison body with the Papo Bison head, and sculpted the horns with putty around wires that I had inserted into the head. You are right about "Megalania" - it is the Safari extra-large size Komodo Dragon, about 12" long. Its part of their amazing animals line (or something like that)
