Where's the papo pachyrhinosaurus?! Neat group. No wild safari pachy? Did you buy all of those procons in stores in new jersey? If so I need to know the names of those stores WS made a Pachy??? Long gone now--part of their more colourful, earlier WS dino line:

Even if I painted my Krentz figures I'd go blind while doing it ;D. I also like the Styracosaurus' colour very much . Great job!

Its been a while since I took photos of the collection and I have since obtained quite a few more dinos. Sorry about the blur of the camera, i must not have been holding it very steady. My fossil shelf with some kaiyodos Favorite Amargasaurus generously traded by Boki. Dinotales of all the Marginocephalia I could get. I think I'm only missing the proto and the skeleton ones. Styrac and series 1 trike also traded over by Boki. My roughly 1:40 scale dino shelves. I'm gonna need new space if I get any more at this point. Theropods Sauropods and morphs. Thyreophorans Ornithopods Pachycephalosaurs Neoceratopsids Centrocaurine ceratopsids Ceratopsians Pterosaurs Early non dinosaur prehistoric critters Marine reptiles

Thanks for the photos! Makes me long to get home and take some more group shots. Which Scutosaurus is that?

Thanks! The Scuto is the Wild Safari one. Really? I thought it might be, but it looked too small to me, especially next to the Postosuchus. Had no idea how tiny it was.

Yeah its about in 1:40 scale actually. No clue if WS did that on purpose or not since their figures seem to be all over the place now.

Very nice collection. I like how you organize the dinosaurs in orders and display a good example of each species.
Do you usually choose one single figure to represent a species, and then you don't get that species anymore? How do you choose, by personal taste?

I try to collect mostly 1:40 (or close enough to it) scale and organize them on that little shelf in time order. And I try to get a good representation of each species. When it comes to things that I really like such as pachycephalosaurs and ceratopsians I will get other models that I think are really cool like the little dinotales and such. For the sake of saving money and space I try to stick to one good model of a species and be happy with it but occasionally I will cave if I think something is exceptionally cool like that favorite Amarga that Boki traded me or the Papo Allosaurus.

Very nice collection and set-up you got there, Griffin! Is this a dorm or a room at home? If a dorm room, you have to be one of the neatest college students I know, hehe!
Yeah, your paint jobs on the Krentz models are really nice, especially when you consider their size! My eyes keep going back to the T. rex. I know it's probably the most subtle of all the paint jobs, but I like it. It's almost made to look like a wood carving of sorts, with the different bans of age lines showing. Cool!
BTW, the A.C. Moore store I go to in Secaucus in the Mill Creek Mall area has a pretty nice variety of name brands, including Papo (mostly fantasy) and believe it or not, Carnegie -- not a lot, but some! They of course also have WS. I almost got the newer Carnegie Woolly Mammoth there, but took the Papo Red and Grey Two-Headed Dragons instead. I'm not as big on mammals, but, I will probably get that Mammoth one day.
