Does anyone have one of the discontinued Safari Ltd. Green Salamanders for sale or trade? Its the only one I'm missing to complete my salamander collection. I would of course prefer one in new condition with the tag, but would also be interested in one in used condition.

You mean the green and black one ? I forget the species..I know I have the whole set somewhere but I'd have to locate it.

Yes--it is the green and black one. The species name is Aneides aeneus. Hope you have it--I'll check back tomorrow.

Hey I always wondered what the rest of the set looked like you think you could put up pics? All I have is the Red salamander, marbled and green (not for sale though I'm sorry)

I don't have the hardware to transfer pics from my camera to my computer (its in my car and my wife is out of town)  I will post a picture of my collection sometime in the near future though. |

Hey, I've been looking but I have only been able to find the fire salamander ( blk and yellow )...I know I have all of them..somewhere. I'll keep looking..if I turn it up I will PM you.

Cordy, I remember someone (sbell? boki?) posted that link a while back and they're out of stock of all of the salamanders if I remember correctly...It also says they have some ML figures and the Safari Trex sculpture, but when someone wrote them they don't carry them anymore.

I'm happy to sell any of them that I can locate, just PM if interested. Unfortunalty I've managed to dig up more Playvisions lizards than anything else...heh
