I only have a small playvision metriorhynchus, and I really like the animal, so I figured I would make a big one, because no major company has. I gave it some membranes on the back legs. There isn't any evidence for them, but considering this was a completely marine critter it seems plausible to me... (close up of the tail rays I spent forever on- I don't know if the real animal had them or not) It took me about a day to sculpt and an hour to paint.. The baked clay really sucks the moisture out of the paint! It dried nearly as soon as I put it on. Sorry for lack of schliech man to show scale but the rear part of the skull is about an inch tall.

Good job! I guess you won't need the Playvision one now. Can I have it?

That is very, very good Cordylus. You know, at this rate you could become an exceptional sculptor. Not that you aren't already of course. I'm liking the massive wrinkle above the back legs. As for me, well, I really have no time to sculpt sadly.

Thanks. I'm trying to do ones that I don't have already (or have only one or two small ones) so that means I'm probably not going to be making any big famous dinosaurs.
I'm sorry you don't have the time, I would have loved to see the T-rex you started finished!
