Ohhh, nice and daring use of color! I have always wondered about repainting one of my Tyco figures. Are they easy to paint? Did the paint stick well? I have to say,Ajax, that your paint application has come a long way! The paint is even and I can tell that you probably used thiner paint, but more layers? This one looks almost airbrushed. Great work! I should also keep my repaints in one thread, make it easier to find

Thanks Boki, The paint stuck really well to this guy and with all the skin details he almost painted himself, I tried 'drybrushing' (or what i thought was drybrushing) on this guy and it seemed to work pretty well. Im not sure about other Tyco's as they all seem to be made from different plastics.

the tyco kentrosaurus is one of my favorites. Too bad mine got left in storage overseas when I was a kid. Speaking of inproving on painting where are most of the people on this forum going to learn how to paint? I am mainly interested in brands of paint technique such as wash, dry brush, pre-shade, airbrushing.
Really like your Kentro paint job

Your repaints are MUCH better than the orginals! I really like the colors on the Spinosaurus, and from the others too!

A really good work Ajax. The WWD Ankylo is quite nice in those colors.

Loving the spino repaint. the blue works well with it. I don't think i have seen a spino with a blue sail before. The WWd anklo is good, too. Like the simple color scheme.

Thanks, Schleich original Spino is all blue but its a pretty horrible figure I took the shine of the WWD Anky and now he looks better, stupid sealant made him go all glossy.

That blue Spino is stunning and good to see some different colors on a ceratopsian!

My favorite is the Spiny. He looks really cool with that blue sail. The Toro is pretty cool. Its good to see other colours on a ceratopsian then green or brown
