Here we go again! I finally managed to upload some new pictures for you! Enjoy! Some marine reptiles. All six Invicta ones (painted and unpainted) and the mighty Schleich Shonisaurus. Three great theropods. The Bullyland Allosaurus, the Procon/Epixx Cryolophosaurus and a sitting Dilophosaurus I removed from its socket for display. Althought they´re different brands, their style is quite similar, isn´t it? The far too small bookshelf with the dinosaurs settling on it. A letter from the great palaeoartist John Sibbick. I´m very proud of the T.rex he dedicated to me. They even managed to remove the books just to show off in front of some "Kakao" - pictures. On the very right in the background you see a wooden Brontosaurus, well yes, it´s not that accurate but I like it differs completely in style from the other guys

In the last photo...Is there a Bullyland Edaphosaurus? And what is the little, white hadrosaurid-ish figure i see between the mammoth and the wooden Brontosaurus?

Yes, it is a bullyland Edaphosaurus. The grey hadrosaurid-ish figure is a Gryposaurus sculpted by Michael Trcic - unfourtunately it broke its arm last week. You find more of them on www.urzeitshop.de but as far as I know the Gryposaurus is sold out. Why are you so stunned about the Edaphosaurus?

Because it's an animal i always liked, along with Dimetrodon and all the other sail-finned Permian critters...And i always wished to get a model of good ol' Ed Too bad it never appeared in any store here, like the Mastodonsaurus and many other Bullylands

I have the Revell Dimetrodon too. I also have the Ankylosaurus from the set and I have seen the Allosaurus, Triceratops and Pteranodon in a store.

Love the brachiosaurs! Although they all appear to be Giraffatitan.
*Is hugged by thingamajig who wrote the paper, and Greg Paul, and shot by everyone else*

Now is Giraffatitan really the valid name? I´ve heard of it but never could believe?!

Now is Giraffatitan really the valid name? I´ve heard of it but never could believe?! Well...a sauropod expert, David somebody-or-other (I think, and I have been on the sauce), wrote a paper in which he, for the first time, compared EVERY known bone from Brachiosaurus altithorax (the Brachiosaurus type species) and "B." brancai. And he found them to be very different. Since Greg Paul had the idea first he used Greg Paul's name - Giraffatitan. Which I must admit is awful, but we must bow to the scientists.

Some Brachiosaurus And a few Triceratops. Is this the same as your Kleinwelka Brachiosaurus or did they make different ones?

Great collection, man. I love the "retro" way of the brachios... Looks like the less retro is the new Bullyland, the rest are kind of old school (specially that awesome Kleinwelka, I just love him).
About the Kleinwelka, yeah, is yours the same one that stoneage posted? Looks the same mold but surely different colour... but the size? It's quite small, isn't it? Least compared with his bulked brothers...

Some Brachiosaurus And a few Triceratops. Is this the same as your Kleinwelka Brachiosaurus or did they make different ones? I think they are different. The one Libra (same as the one I have) has look smaller and the head looks different. The one you showed, I believe its the one that sold for over $100 on ebay?, looks bigger and the head more "sculpted" with better details. Perhaps it was a companion to the diplo that you got?

I think so, too. Stoneage´s one looks as if it was nearly as big as the Invicta one , while boki´s and my Kleinwelka are small with proportionally short necks. The colour is different, too. I didn´t know there were probably at least two Kleinwelka Brachiosaurus versions. Sigh. A long way to go...And their Diplodocus is still somewhere out there, too However, soon I can also add this one to my Brachio collection: Does anyone know more about company? Hey, boki, where are your great group pictures. You haven´t released new ones for quite a while, have you?

It went for $207.50!!!! ;D
