are the dinotale figurines worth 5 bucks a piece? they are tiny Of course they are worth it. The amount of detail is astonishing and there are many rare animals, I mean, who else could have done a Polyptychoceras?

Dinotales are absolutely worth it--I have the complete set (not counting repaints and colour versions) and they are almost universally great. And because of their size, it isn't too hard to get them all on display. But they are fragile--just resin--so they are not really toys as much as collectables.

That's a Bandai--they are more cartoony, less detailed, but less breakable (there are four colour schemes for each animal in the set BTW). Still nice, but not exactly up to the standards of a Dinotales figure.

Absolutely worth it! $5.00 is standard USA price, that is if you can even find the figures.
