Papo oviraptor, triceratops, and Carnegie miragaia. Aside from being scaly, I quite like the oviraptor.

The Papo Oviraptor has much potential, if one ignores the scaly nakedness.

My Papo Oviraptor doesn't stand up. I have to lean it against another figure or against the side of my bookshelf to get it to stand straight.
Anyone else have this problem?

I don't have the oviraptor figure yet (it is a great retro piece BTW), but my allo also does not stand on his own.

I'm also sorry to report that its tail streamers have broken due entirely to my own folly. Bubble wrap alone won't do if I was going to put it into my bag. I should have boxed it. I could glue them back easily enough, but concealing the fine breaks will be trickier if I want to preserve the delicacy of the original. Not impossible, but troublesome.

My Oviraptor has the same problem. Here is the easiest way to fix it . Step 1: Twist the egg outward (along with the wrist of the Oviraptor), and apply slight to moderate force (but not enough force to break it, lol) Step 2: Place your Oviraptor on a designated surface of choice. It should be level. If not, repeat step 1. ---Every few weeks your Oviraptor may topple over. Repeat Step 1, accordingly. Best---

Maybe he can convince Papo to release a version 2 Oviraptor based on this personal design/interpretation. Perhaps Papo will mass produce the Himmapaan Oviraptor and with a non-tripod stance?

My oviraptor stood when I bought it. I lined them all up on the display counter, and scrutinized them... It does not stand now. The egg is gone.. I have never done any modification before, but fixing the wrists and removing the egg just felt right. But now it needs a little base.. I do not paint or modify usually, but I love looking at the ones done here. Has anyone tried repainting the Miragaia?

That repaint looks rad.
Silly question:
Where do they sell pre-made bases, kinda like the ones seen in Martin's customs? (...I'm aware that he made his own)

Nabbed a white invicta pteranodon thanks to Kessie's sharp eyes. Also got a few starlux. 7 down, many dozens left to go. How big are starlux anyway?

I just bought K&M Megatherium and Gyptodon. Can anyone tell me more about how much they´re worth? I wouldn't think more than a few dollars--the set sold $20 for the 6 when it came out, and I don't think they have appreciated a lot in value. Thanks a lot for that information! Regardless of their value, I still like them very much!

I have trouble just getting the search feature to work on the Jauce site. Everything comes back as 0 finds. Try searching "dinosaur". That's the only way to do it. Then have an hour handy cause that's how long it will take to go through the listings. All right, which of you scooped me on the Mamenchisaurus/Edmontosaurus pair?
