All right, which of you scooped me on the Mamenchisaurus/Edmontosaurus pair? Not me. But - I DID just win the Expo 2009 grey and yellow TRex variant!! I was watching that one too, but thought I ran out of funds!

All right, which of you scooped me on the Mamenchisaurus/Edmontosaurus pair? Guilty for sniping! Of course, I had no idea it was you, although I suspected another, different forum member. Anyway, I only am interested in the Edmonto, so if you'd like the Mamenchi, let me know, and I'll give it to you at cost. Thanks to Andre for the tip!

The Mamenchi is indeed the one I wanted, so that sounds like a very fair deal to me! Alternative to cost, I could always offer to trade using 2012 (or earlier) Safari or CollectA if there's anything you need. The store orders are about to go in, so I can get pretty much anything. As well--I finally won a 2004 Szechuanosaurus and sauropod (whose name is eluding me right now)--the ones I have always wanted, and from the same seller. The one thing I don't understand--I had a standing bid of Y1000, and yet somehow mine got cancelled and you won it for Y980. I am guessing shenanigans are afoot (but as long as I get the Mamenchi, I don't care).

I dunno, I just put in a bid greater than 1000Y, so I was surprised to get it for 980. It was my first Jauce bid, do I need to anything next? I've got more Y deposited with them so they can deduct their various and sundry fees. Hopefully now I'll just wait for the delivery or some notification. Anyway looks like it'll work out for both of us.

It must have something to do with the fact that in this case you were bidding via the same account. I remember I've read something about it, it's somewhere hidden in Jauce's (actually not too helpful) help section... But it looks like you've found a nice solution!

I didn't get any paleo-themed gifts this year for the Holidays so I decided to get myself some with the money I got for Christmas.

Unknown Island is fun! Where did you get The World of Kong? I've been looking for it for a while.

Thanks Himmapaan! I'm very happy with them as well. I just finished "reading" Age of Reptiles, absolutely wonderful stuff. First graphic novel I've ever read. Roselaar, I got all that stuff from Amazon. The World of Kong cost about $15.00 U.S.

Thanks for the tip, Gwangi! It seems it;s only available from other sellers instead of Amazon itself (which I prefer) but that shouldn't be too much of a problem.
Just won another lot of Kaiyodosaurs on Ebay.

Yeah, I should have mentioned that. I typically get from other sellers myself (cheaper) and have never had a problem with it.

I ordered a Safari Vanishing Wild Timber wolf female and White Wolf female (the females becouse I like their poses more than from the males) from the site Intrafin.be, where they sell more retired safari´s, some dinosaurs too from Safari and the Favourite collection. Also ordered the sitting tiger cubs (siberian and white) and Polar Bear Cub from another site. I especially can´t wait for the wolves to arrive!!!!! Does anyone has more information about this line?
Also bought some small safari figures and some Papo´s at the zoo last weekend.

I bought a new Papo Spino because my old one was faulty in the legs and would not stand up with out falling fowards. in the above picture, my new one is bullying my old one.

My Spino has the exact same problem. It just leans forward on its forearm instead of standing bipedally. It's a gorgeous figure otherwise. I got some more marine reptiles Doli is getting a piggyback I called my Papo Plesiosaur "Surgeon" (if you know anything about cryptozoology, you'll understand)

Ahh, so the new CollectA Doli is rather small. Nice to see the size comparison with the Papo Plesiosaurus. 'Cause he's not that big either. And congrats on your Schleich Elasmo acquisition. He's my favorite Elasmo! My Papo Spino has never had any trouble standing up. I count myself lucky, because I've had my share of bipedal figs eventually toppling over. Oh BTW.... Got it!

Cool new additions everyone Nothing new and exciting here Never had problem with my Papos, however, almost all of my Carnegie theropods (Giga, Spino, Cryo, and now the new Carno! ) are all having issues with the legs sliding forward and bending. I guess the weight of the figure eventually pushes those feet to push out! They need to thicken those ankles a bit ;D

My Papo Spinosaurus fortunately has no standing issues, but he is a bit sticky and smelly...
