They're not too bad but the newer one (on the right) seems like a step backwards. It's all in the lighting and Photoshop manipulation to get balance.

I'm still waiting on the postal service to hurry up my deliveries, but this month I bought the new safari velociraptor, the carnegie giganotosaurus and dilong. also I just bought a small bronze afrovenator the one I'm waiting for above all those though is the x-plus albertosaurus I won on ebay. in the picture it appeared to be unpainted, so I plan on having some fun painting it myself. I can post pictures when I'm done if you like :3

I BOUGHT THE CARNEGIE GIGANOTOSAURUS AND AMARGASAURUS OFF OF EBAY!!!
YAAAYY!!!
After a week riddled with losses, I had nothing else to lose. I bid on tons of Carnage (Not Carnegie) articulated dinosaurs, and lost every single one after they were sniped at the last, you read it. LAST, final second.

So, umm, is $6 a good price for a Battat Tyrannosaur? eBay auctionI thought it might be so went ahead and bought it. It comes with a nice Safari Allosaur too, with shipping to me here it was $13.59 total.

Also, here is a pic of my latest eBay wins to show up. They took a long time and the seller was nice and threw in an extra dino, it was just the MPC ones originally. Turns out the extra is a Starlux Iguanodon. I love it, especially the way it balances with the tail off the ground. I've never had a Starlux in hand before and am now totally hooked. I like the hard plastic and the molding and coloration are really nice too. If anyone has any extra Starlux you are willing to part with get in touch.

Just so you know--that Iguanodon with the tongue stil attached is pretty uncommon--Starlux are notoriously fragile, especially little bits like that (the sloth tongue and the Synthetoceros horns are other examples). Oh, and the "rat-like" thing is Ceratogaulus, a horned mylagaulid rodent (guess what I studied for my MS?).

I got news from England - my odd plesiosaur arrived, and also my Playvisions marine reptile set (can't wait to get my hands on that!) and a book I ordered - Encyclopedia of pterosaurs. Why must I be a flight away
