My favorites are the older ones as well, the Christopher Reeves documentary is one of the first I recall seeing and the animated "Dinosaurs!" is among my favorites as well. I also enjoyed the "Paleoworld" series that used to be on TLC. For more recent documentaries Walking with Dinosaurs is also good, especially "Big Al" and I also enjoyed "When Dinosaurs Roamed America" and "Dinosaur Planet". "Dinosaurs: Giants of Patagonia" narrated by Donald Sutherland is a good one as well and yo should be able to find it on Hulu. Dinosaurs: Giants of Patagonia was just released on DVD this week (Tuesday)... I don't recall watching it on TV, so I guess that it wasn't shown on Discovery, Animal Planet, or History? I've read that it features Giganotosaurus and Argentinasaurus. My local Walmart doesn't have it, hopefully I'll be able to find it at another store though!

Actually it has Mapusaurus and Argentinasaurus. It refers to the theropod as a 'giganotosaur', and only tells you the genus name like halfway through the movie...before going straight back to calling it a giganotosaur. Still pretty good, though.

I've got to say that pleasantly surprises me. I was expecting the film to feature Giganotosaurus and Argentinosaurus (as in the Nigel Marven special). "Giganotosaur" is an odd term (carcharodontosaur, surely?) but at least they have the correct animals living alongside each other.
