Perfect! Glad you made a new thread for this. I know I will be watching it to see what you're working on. The Trex is gorgeous, as expected! Maybe you could post a sort of step-by-step finishing tutorial at some point here. That might encourage more members to take the leap and try building/painting one of your models. OK, I'm talking about myself, sure... , but I can't be the only one! ;D

thanks Curt, i wish i had the extra time to do so but i dont , here is a pic of my 1/10th scale Postosuchus that i painted for a customer in Germany who commissioned this sculpt. It was limited to 15 castings only and that was it. They went quick. Attachments:

thanks Curt, i wish i had the extra time to do so but i dont... Well, don't rule it out. Just consider it sometime in the future when you are working up another model. It could be as simple as a series of 10-20 photos that you take during the process with a quick one-two sentence description. Again, I mostly suggest it since it's pretty central to what you do, at least part time, for a living. I'd think it would encourage others to try working up a model (those unbuilt, multi-piece kits can look kind of intimidating to us amateurs) that they otherwise might not...which would mean business for you. If you don't want to take my word for it, take his: Speaking of which...I assume it's your intent to find clients on this forum? Not saying it's the only reason you're here - just seeing photos of your work is a hoot - but it seems like a win-win kind of thing. People here see more of your pieces that they can add to their collection, and you get better exposure. So, I'm wondering whether you should consider listing prices for the models for which you post photos. Just a thought. Love that Postosuchus. Sorry I missed out on that, but very much appreciate the idea of limited editions for collectors!

I came here for many reasons not just to push my product but more to show my work to those who might appreciate it and to let others see more of whats available out there for people like us who like to see Dinosaur images ,thats what its for I think. I dont want to trend on the moderators ,i just want to be respectful and meet new folks. If they are interested in my models they can contact me by clicking on my profile name and get my email or check out my website: cretaceouscreationsofamerica.com be back soon.

I need a sculpture of an iguanadon stomping the hell outa one of those things... We need more herbivores 'owning' carnivores (to use your phrase ;D) upon the whole, actually.

Agreed. In today's environment anyway, the prey tend to win more often than the predators.

I'll tell you the orig version of the kit left something to desired as far as pose goes..at least for me. But this custom and another I've seen by Garrett is much more impressive...and yes they're should be a third stomped and on the ground somewhere..without sacrifice there can be no reward after all... ;D
