Looks pretty good. I'm not a big fan of the Ouranosaurus (if that's what the purple sail back dinosaur is), but the rest look pretty great.

Looks pretty cool! It reminds me a bit of March of the Dinosaurs. If it's the same team, though, they've definitely learned how to make more intricate environments compared to the rather barren ones in March.

Not bad at all. The CGI seems somewhat lacking, although I guess this is not the definitive version, at least in some of the scenes. Everything looks alright except for the pronated hands in that Irritator/Angaturama (which otherwise is pretty cool). I guess it isn´t an Spinosaurus because the other theropod is an abelisaur...
Overall the dinosaurs look like real animals rather than monsters, unlike in JFC or that Monsters Resurrected garbage, and that´s a great step forward...

This definitely looks like it's gonna be the best yet dino doc! This is the one with Disney as one of the collaborators, right Blade?

Mmh... Looks good so far, considering it's early development.

I guess it isn´t an Spinosaurus because the other theropod is an abelisaur... I wish they make an episode focusing on south american creatures. But that abelisaur could be a Rugops. I know Wiki isn't a very reliable source, but according to it, the Rugops and Spino, both lived in the Cenomanian. Spino though, lived up to 97 million years ago, while Rugops lived at 95 m.y.a; thus being separated by 2 million years. It's possible that the producers ignored this time gap between them and put them all together, just to make the episode more interesting. Anyway, until further information, I"ll wait hopefull that the Brazilian cretaceous will show up in the show. And you know how TV producers respect the location of the fauna... in WWD they put some dinos together where they shouldn't have.

But look at the spinosaur skull in the video: the nostrils are almost at the tip of the snout and the crest shape resembles a lot Irritators one. Definitely not an Spinosaurus head. Though maybe they just could got it wrong...

^ There were also some other abelisaurs in north Africa, Skorpiovenator and Kryptops, but they may be from the wrong time as well.
The footage looks very good overall, can't wait to see it! My only concern is that some of the dinos seemed too "jiggly" in the stomach, neck, and tail.

Nah, that Reign of the Dinosaurs..should hear something about that one at SDCC. From I understand this is really early footage..nowhere near complete..so it's def something to get excited over if it's this good at the early stage.

Ohhh, right! Dang, I forgot about that one. So, three new quality dino docs in the making at the same time -- Planet Dinosaur, The Dinosaur Project and Reign of the Dinosaurs. Is this a first? What I also like about these new ones from what I've seen in this footage here and the new pics on the other thread for The Dino Project is they look like they're not gonna skimp on the gore, lol! -- Blood splattering, torn off limbs in jaws! Very cool! ;D

This looks pretty good. The dinosaurs are definitely a mixed bag at the moment (people have already commented on the spinosaur) but it's not finished yet. For the most part they are better than what has previously been seen. The visuals are miles ahead of March of the Dinosaurs.

I think March just had to get out there first before these aired..save some face...lol
I'm not sure about the release dates yet...Planet Dinosaur right now looks to be Nov-Dec maybe , Reign could be Fall and TDP is 2012.
