Long-time forum reader, here. I notice that many forum readers link to photos on dinosaur collector.150m.com . I rely on WOT (Web of Trust), a Firefox add-on that rates internet sites by users' security and privacy votes, and I'm getting a constant "Poor" and "Unsatisfactory" rating on photos on this site.
Can anyone give me a "heads up" on problems with the site? I'm more concerned with adware and malware than anything else.
This looks like a site I'd like to visit, but I'm hesitant. If this is an error, the site's owner should be aware of it, I'd think.

The only problem I've had with that site is it's occasionally outdated or incomplete. I guess I don't have that particular Firefox add-on installed.

I have AdBlock Plus installed and use AdAware. Never had any problems with the site. (Thoroughly recommend AdBlock Plus by the way...)

Hi, The site is best viewed using IE. McAfee checks the site and finds no problems. Virus is unlikely since the host server is UNIX. There is a cookie used by the counter. www.siteadvisor.com/sites/dinosaurcollector.150m.com/summary/Some of the pages are old and have not been updated. Been in school so have had limited time for updates. |
