I really love the subtle paint job, it kind of reminds me of a Komodo dragon. Congratulations on doing this up in fine fashion, and best of all, no unsightly feathers!

and best of all, no unsightly feathers! ...Although of course the animal should have feathers, but I believe this sculpt predates that knowledge. This is a gorgeous build-up and paint job anyway. I agree with you regarding the subtlety.

I think Shiraishi actually would look more like Trcic's Dromeosaur with fathers..since I think he did the sculpture first..lol

Eh, I wasn't accusing either...it could be inspired by or just coincidence. Artists often borrow from others..it's direct copying that's the problem.
