I recently got back from a great road trip to Yellowstone National Park, and on the way back I also went to the Museum of the Rockies and the Museum of Ancient Life! That photo of the Deinonychus pair makes them look a bit strange! Are they implying that only the males were feathered...?

The museum didn't depict them completely featherless, but the females seemed to have much less feathers than the brightly colored males. Here's a better view of her. Attachments:
