These are another cool dinosaur toy from the late 80s. What makes them unique, though, is they are dinosaur skeleton toys that can be taken apart and rebuilt into weapons, vehicles, and bases for the cavemen action figures. I had these as a kid, and as an adult I started collecting them but never purchased more than a few things. Here's what they look like: www.flickr.com/photos/1185762no5/sets/72157624516518381/If anyone is interested please PM me because they are for sale as well.

I love the Bone Age toys ! But I have just about all of them..minus a complete Plesior , Dimetro , and Ankylosaur. BTW if your just selling them, you need to put them in the Classifieds sections.

Hey, Yes, it was also a for sale ad, so I immediately re-posted it in the classifieds section. I am happy to hear people are interested in Bone Age. Unfortunately, the T-Rex and the two moc figures are all I have left. I thought this was a cool toy line and played with them as a kid. Although I never had them, Burger King also offered mini versions in their happy meals. That's kind of cool!

Bone Age was made by Kenner and was released in 1987, at the same time as Real Ghostbusters. But yet the manufacturer really tried to do something original here, it failed into advertising Bone Age properly, which caused the line not getting the popularity it should have had; many people think a Bone Age TV cartoon would have been an excellent way of popularising the line. However, despite of the lack of proper advertising, Bone Age managed to make its way into toy collectors heart, as a full MIB skeletton can reach about 50$ US in value, sometimes twice that value when it's one of the last-released pieces.
