Hi guys, I have some bad news from shapeways...

They are going to increase the prices and adding shipping costs, so i recommend you that if you were going to place an order from any designer ( krentz, angie, me, etc..) you do before October 1st, (tomorrow)

I really hate shapeways new policy so im possibly stop making models in their shop, ill give a try to ponoko.

i am going to open orders for the two mammals ive made, in case anyone wants to order them, but i have not receive the order yet so the models are not tested...

Sorry to read this , but of course thanks for the info. It looks as if WSF will actually get (slightly) cheaper but the price for "Detail" goes up and there hasn't been a startup charge for "Detail" so far. I guess for most of us the introduction of shipping fees is the biggest problem. I would have liked it better if they just raised the minimum amount for free shipping world wide, even if that would be $100 or more...

That would explain why, when I went to get an order together, there was nothing left. I NEED so many of them--including the mammals and several amphibians.

As for the pricing, it always seemed a little cheap to me anyway.

So--any way we can see those up again soon? Christmas is coming, and even though I'm not much for celebrating it, it is a good excuse to get big orders of cool stuff!

dont worry, the models will be up again if i dont find any alternatives, and ill keep making new models XD
