Just a little heads-up: there's a new English art film called 'Tyrannosaur', and it has NOTHING to do with dinosaurs of any kind. The title is supposedly a metaphor, even though the poster shows a huge T-Rex skeleton and gets our hopes up. Call me a whiner if you must, but I thought I'd tell you guys this, just so you don't fall for this like I did and end up all disappointed. It may be a good movie but the title and poster are totally misleading.

There was a small mention of this on the Random Chat thread a little while ago. The film poster certainly piqued my interest, but even then I felt fairly certain of its having nothing to do with dinosaurs, chiefly from seeing the director's name and the cast list. Then I looked it up and heard a review on radio which confirmed it. In fairness to the poster though, in spite of the tyrannosaur skeleton on it, I think the other elements were enough to give some pause regarding its subject matter (the list of awards it received too seemed to me such unlikely things a dinosaur film would receive, however heretical that makes me ) . Though I can fully understand why we nerds would latch on to that skeleton and pin our hopes upon it. ;D
