Here is a do-it-yourself project for the Paleozoic collector who owns a spare belemnite. Will everyone who fits this profile, please raise your hand? A Bullyland belemnite (Jurassic - Cretaceous) has been customized to resemble an orthocone, Endoceras (Ordovician). In the photo, the belemnite is light colored, and the orthocone is striped. Milliput putty is recommended. Suggestions?

That means you took a real fossil to combine it with a Bullyland belemnite?! Now that is a cool idea!

I apologize for confusing the presentation by including a fossil belemnite in the photo. It was used to prop up the figures. The orthocone is a Bullyland belemnite that has been modified to change its appearance. The parallel figures demonstrate before and after customization.

Oh, I understood that completely wrong! But hey, why not cut one figure's head off and glue it to a fossil belemnitt that fits its size? Wouldn't that look cool?

Now, it's time for you to use a Schleich Glyptodon to make a Doedicurus!

Nice modification! I Hooray for milliputt putty and artsiness. Great idea for a modification and hmm... maybe I'll try it someday to make a Baculite.
