I used what's called theatrical crepe hair for the mane & tail, it's used for fake beards & stuff.

Thanks Jon and John for this beautiful buildup. The tusks on this bad boy can only be described as, well, hmm, MAMMOTH! The neck mane also is a nice touch; great job guys!
