I certainly tend to adopt a liberal attitude towards moderation. This thread is a bit unnecessary perhaps, but not offensively so. It's a general post in the general section - no rules broken, no need to get upset. Heavy-handed moderation can cause more upset than it resolves and I think a more hands-off approach is generally appreciated.
