hi everyone i'd like to know how you keep your non-display toys/figures in storage. (i wrap each figure in ziplock plastic bags, arranged inside plastic bins/storage boxes, and kept in cabinets. im just worried about the weight of the ones on top might deform the ones at the bottom, so i will transfer them to low/wide plastic bins in the near future.)

Depends on how valuable the figures are to you. For junk figures I just have them in a box. For more valuable figures I imagine that your plastic bag idea is good. As for crushing, depends on the figure. Some figures are more rigid, so I wouldn't worry about them being crushed, but for softer figures it's a valid concern. I'd probably put the heavier more rigid figures on the bottom with the lighter and softer figures on top.

I don't buy dinosaur toys that I don't presently have the space for. So basically every dino in my collection is displayed on the shelf.
I don't think any of my figures are particularly valuable. I don't have any of the Sideshow maquettes for example (waaaaay too out of my price range). I own just plastic figurines. The rarest figure I own is probably the Safari Kronosaurus, and I don't even like it that much anymore, so I put it in a cardboard box under my bed. :/
