I would hope it's around the price of the Juvenile Stego..it would almost the same amount resin..and if it's roto-cast to boot should help. Big feathers could make it worse though..cost-wise.
I think this one with the juvenile Psittaco would make a great 1/1 diorama ! ;D

But the juvenile Stego is so...round. lol.. and the raptor so skinny. My a comparison shot would help me see it. Just want to add I'm only discussing not trying to argue about it or anything. I trust your word but my eyes/mind are playing tricks somewhere I think. ;D This piece almost makes me want a couple little raptor chicks as well..so I can re-create Whitetip from Dinosaur Planet.

I understand your confusion and the fact that those who dont do this for a living ,it is hard to get the perspective from the armature stage, and yes the main body core of the baby stego is very close to the size of the raptor, but your looking at the finished body core of the stego and the armature of the raptor. There will be much more mass and volume of resin on the raptor who has a tail much longer , longer and much bigger legs, longer arms and bigger ,longer neck and a head more than 3 times the size. imagine the human skeleton for a minute then put next to that a full fleshed out well fit human standing next to it, this will make the skeleton look diminutive. in fact the person looks so much heavier and taller due to the mass added onto the bare bones. think about this next time you look at a t-rex skeleton then you will appreciate how big these animals must have looked compared to thier skeleton. once i have bulked out some of the main mass of the raptor you will see a big difference.

Don't worry Chris. After taking a tape measure to my Foulkes 1:1 infant Stegosaurus, you can be sure Shane is right, when he says this Velociraptor will be considerably larger. Especially where length is concerned.

Especially where length is concerned. Maybe it's terms..I've covered a few "skeletons " of my own.. recall that big JP Raptor in it's early stages : Jeremy your referring to Sarah right ? Shane has two 1/1 Stegos..I know one is a infant the other is a juvenile..that term makes me think about the one from JP:TLW though. I keep thinking Shane's juvenile is that size...so it's probably just me not being able to get my head around it.. I seem to be in an almost constant of confusion and figuring out..lol
