Ok now that my collection is off to a start and growing, I came up with the idea of making a photo catalog of every figure I have. The goal is for every figure to have at least one nice photo, all separated by line. It seemed more efficient this way than by posting the large images one at a time, and it keeps them all together I spent hours on this but I think it payed off! I tried to keep everything in alphabetical order. Clicking the small images brings up the big version. All posts will be updated as I continue to acquire new stuff ;D So here we go, and enjoy the pictures NOTE: Thread on new site is here. That one will continue to be updated after this site becomes read-only.

This is a very good idea. I wish I could do this, but with the amount of figures I have, it would take too much time and removing each figure from my collection for photographing would be difficult with some of them.

Wow, what an excellent idea! Your photographs are so crisp and clear. Do you use any sort of photo editor and if so which one?

This is a very good idea. I wish I could do this, but with the amount of figures I have, it would take too much time and removing each figure from my collection for photographing would be difficult with some of them. Yeah, with a relatively new collection I was able to get it all done and set up, and can add new figures as I get them. I'm sure it indeed would be easier than trying to catalogue an entire collection that's been built over a long period from scratch! This still did take me hours though! Wow, what an excellent idea! Your photographs are so crisp and clear. Do you use any sort of photo editor and if so which one? Thank you! For any photo editing I use PicNik, which is built into Flickr. I try not to change anything too drastically, and try to rely on good lighting and the right angles But I touch up a bit and add a few effects here or there for some extra coolness ;D Glad you guys like the idea!

Just before anyone else takes this nice idea and runs with it, I wanted to say that the admin team is in the process of formulating new guidelines for the number of images allowed per post. However, given that all the images in this case are tiny linked thumbnails, I think it's OK to have multiple images on this occasion. In fact, I think it is rather nice! but if anyone else intends to do something similar, please make sure you also go with the linked thumbnails approach. Thanks!

um annoying question but where do we dino nerds get kinto favorite? lmgtfy.com/?q=buy+kinto+favorite+dinosaurs ;D But in all seriousness, just check around online in different toy store sites. Definitely look at the links everyone posted above me. Ebay, Google shopping. I know Dan's Dinosaurs has some!

You must have allot of money to grow a collection that quickly.
