Tomorrow me, my parents, brother (who is home for my B-day), and grandparents (They wanted to go for some reason...they like west Texas. ;D) are going to Glen Rose Texas! (The Dinosaur Capital of the state!) It's gonna be fun...for me at least....should I take pictures of all the life sized models (T-Rex without a doubt) and foot impressions? I also have (Among all the presents.) 200 dollars I'm gonna burn on that gift shop. ;D I mean, I'm going to buy so many Tyrannosaurs... If of course, I don't have them all... Too bad though, although my brother says that this is going to be the best birthday I will have, he has to leave on Monday for L.A. again. The leading agency in all of L.A. said he was the best they'd seen. Man, this whole ordeal really sucks. Imagine not seeing your mom or brother for weeks at a time.

Take heaps of pictures and have fun. ;D For lulz you could always drop in on the 'Creation Evidence Museum'. I want to know if they still have that Acrocanthosaurus skeleton they found nearby. Not a happy story.

Is it in the desert? If so, you should try to catch a banded gecko.

Is it in the desert? If so, you should try to catch a banded gecko. Texas really isn't a....desert. It is more like..hmmm...a large, flat, humid, dry, hot, grassy plain. ;D Well, then again there is some desert in west Texas. But the "Texas being a Desert" thing is kind of a stereotype. ;D Although its just as hot if not hotter! I've caught horny lizards around my town before though. I've also caught green anoles, ground skinks, house geckos, etc. I haven't caught a banded gecko before. Jesus Christ though, its 57 degrees here! We are really going to stock up on the jackets. I was having trouble walking out of wal-mart....freezing my nips off out there. ;D Thanks for the article. I've been here about a million times and have seen the footprints in person. However, they have something new. They've added 200 life sized dinosaur replicas....

^ Yeah, Glen Rose has a creationist museum. My aunt, who is a creationist, was telling me about how the earth is 6,000 years old. I wanted to say so badly "Why don't we do some carbon dating, and see just how wrong you are", but decided to just nod my head, and not argue.

^ Sometimes that is the easiest thing to do. Just nod and give up... They may even resort to violence! Last year I was talking to somebody about the origin of humans, turns out he was a creationist, and I swear he almost broke my foot he stepped so hard.

Are creationists crazy? I mean geez, its obvious a massive rock like earth isn't only 6,000 years old.
Oh wait, we have to forgive them CT, its obvious there was a small error...only a matter of 4.5 million years, so no huge mistake. ;D
