I saw that this listing said it was for Dioramas too, so, here we go! A Sabre Tooth defends its kill. They like to eat young Neaderthals too! He had better protect himself, or he will be next... Mammoth coming at some Neanderthals. On the mammoth hunt. Warning the big cat that while he is scary, he is at a size disadvantage... Just a Woolly out walkin' Profile shot of the same. Mammoths with youngsters. A woolly rhino bellows a call across the tundra... Another that has been traveling with some mammoths and some ice age bison bellows back. A mother Woolly mammoth communicates with her calf. A slightly different angle on that one

Awesome! These are some of the best dioramas I've ever seen! What company makes these beasts? Other than a couple (the bisons--Schleich; the really big mammoth--Chap Mei; the tall mammoth--Carnegie) they are all part of the Wild Safari Missing Links set (rhino, mammoth & baby, neanderthals, smilodon). Long gone of course.

Very nice! Ha ha ha, funny I was thinking of doing the same diorama yesterday! We got snow, yay, and the roof (also my balcony ;D) is covered with snow, it would be fun to do a dio! Maybe a polar dinosaur one.... are there even figures of polar dinosaurs?

Other than a couple (the bisons--Schleich; the really big mammoth--Chap Mei; the tall mammoth--Carnegie) they are all part of the Wild Safari Missing Links set (rhino, mammoth & baby, Neanderthals, smilodon). Long gone of course. Very close The really big mammoth is actually a model kit - The Revell Giant Woolly Mammoth - and is available cheaply and commonly online. One of the bison is a Schleich, the other is a wild safari bison, the tall mammoth is a Carnegie and the others in that photo (the other adult - the one thats trumpeting) and the baby are wild safari. The missing links figures are "long gone" but I am selling a few doubles of them here. cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160304821831Woolly Rhino - cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160304821715Woolly Mammoth - cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160304821591Neanderthal Family - To date I think these are by far the best Woolly Rhino and Neanderthal figures I have seen in a toy line. (not that there is really alot to choose from!)

the Mammoth coming at some Neanderthals one is excellent! If you have added some rocks it would have been perfect
