I believe that's the Battat Parasaurolophus.
My turn. What's that raptor to the right of your Papo Pachycephalosaurus?

Those were my first ever JP toys as a kid. I played wth the first set til they fell apart and had to be pitched. I begged my mom for another set, which she got me for x-mas, and I played with those until their wires broke and poked out there necks, and all their paint fell off. By then, the figures were retired and I couldn't get anymore I still have those two figures though, despite their poor condition (the sitting one still has the scotch tape around his neck that I put there to keep his head from falling off.

Ummmmm, mine IS equipped with a hardier, much more unique paint job................... ;D Yes, figures that have been "Tetonofied" (Also known as Kevinized) are hardy and cuff resistant. ;D Hm? Oh, by cuff resistant I mean the paint tends to scratch easily (It tends to rub raw with little difficulty). Many stores, like the Dinosaur Farm for example, ship the toys directly from the store's shelves. This unfortunately means that the figures equipped with less durable paint are subject to cuffs and scratches from other figures. How does this happen most of the time? That's easy - You will really never find a store where the Wild Safari figures aren't packed together like sardines into outrageously small containers. It may be a good idea, if possible, to order directly from the company. If not that, then it is always good to pick one out in person. Either way, the cuffs are usually minor and because of the length of time its been out, that flaw may have been worked out.

I could only find one of my JP Coelophysis, and I gave it to Cordy. Hopefully he'll take good care of it.
By the way, none of my Safari figures are packed like sardines. They never smell of oil when they come out of their spacious shipping boxes, they're surrounded by cardboard spacers and packing paper, and are sealed individually in plastic to prevent scuffing. If your stores have problems with those just in the time it takes for them to hit the shelves, they're being negligent.
In other words, buy from me!

NAH, for I always tend to repaint them anyway.... So, if you want a totally unique and scuff proof figure, send them to me.....

Very nice! Was that snake creature from the video game or from that 1980s movie about the guy who can enter other people's dreams and kill them in real life by killing them in the dream?

The bipedal blue snake creature, if that's what you were talking about, is Vertigo from the old game Primal Rage. He had a cobra head, whipped tail, and he could hypnotize opponents. Somehow. It was a very silly game, I only played it for the dinosaurs. I think I still have some of the toys, lol.

The ''snakeman'' from the movie I referred to looked that way too. The movie was 1984''s ""Dreamscape"".

I do love the visible fact that the dinosaurs are really a part of your interieur and settle everywhere where there's space. You don't separate them in a vitrine, but really do make them a part of your everyday life. But how about wiping dust? ;D
