Ah, it's a Seismosaurus then. How typical that something I like will be virtually impossible to get. ;D Thank you so much for the information. I'd better add that to my eBay searches (without much hope). ;D

I'd better add that to my eBay searches (without much hope). ;D Arrggh, I hate "Seismosaurus" appearing without the quotes! ('Cos it's actually Diplodocus hallorum.) Yes I'm a pedantic nerd. I might add though that that is indeed a very nice Diplodocus and I would love one of my own. Oh, and that it was labelled "Seismosaurus" by the company that made it, so, yeah. I'll get my coat.

Hehe, I will remember in future. I have read that it's said to be actually D. hallorum, though I wasn't sure how universally accepted it is. I'm so behind on heaps of things.

That's one of my absolute favourite Deinonychus - in fact, dromaeosaur - figures ever. Great pose, great feathers and lively colours.

Really great collection! How do you hang your pterosaurs to keep them level? In other words how do you attach the string?

To keep my pterosaurs level, I take fishing line and tie it in a circle. I then fold it in half so it's essentially just a double-lined string, and I loop one end under the neck of the pterosaur and the other end under the feet/tail. If it doesn't have that good of a hold, I'll also wrap the string around their wings - when I hang them from a thumbtack, I can adjust the length of each string going from the tack to the head/tail, and that will give me the angle I want X3 That probably doesn't explain it well at all :x I'll take pictures later and see if they turn out XD otherwise I can do a drawing or something lol

It's very relaxing looking through your photos. Always a great collection to look at as well. Thanks for keeping them coming Who makes that Whale Shark in amongst your marine reptiles?

Thank you blackdanter! And, it's the Schleich whale shark I found it at a local toy store completely randomly and had to take it home with me ;D

Posted updated pics of my collection -this one being the main reason for the update! I got myself a new acrylic shelf for my smaller models to display them easier - I'm so happy with this! ;D Three other pics are updated as well.

I could do with some acrylic shelves myself!
Great collection. It's unusual that the original JP Pteranodon gets to lord it up over other figures. ;D

Thank you I put that JP Pteranodon up there because he looks silly hanging up "flying," and there were other pterosaurs on that shelf anyway

Completely understand. You have the JP 'hatchling' Pteranodon up there too. I just meant that that figure seems to be a little...unloved.
By the way, since posting I have looked at your updated pics on the first page and I am very impressed! I really like the display.

Thanks a lot! I'm really proud of my collection; when I joined this forum it wasn't as big and I was actually a little embarrassed about it lol Funnily enough, that old JP Pteranodon is one of my childhood favourites - it's one of the dinosaur toys I've had the longest

So you got the tiered stand, awesome.
It is obviously meant more for display than the ones I have--the risers are quite a bit taller. But then, I found mine in stores, whereas you picked the ones you want from online sources (I'm assuming).
Honestly, however they are found, those tiered shelves make displaying large collections WAY easier--especially with lots of low, flat things like some PV and Dinotales figures.
