Is this a resin kit? It looks fine to me. The only obvious seams I see offhand are at the rear flipper/body join. You said the mosasaur isn't done, so it is hard to give pointers on an unfinished piece. I like the colors. You will need to do some touch up around the mouth and teeth. And a base of some sort, though I suspect you're already thinking of that. Other wise it looks fine. It.......to me...seems a little plain, with no markings and such. Depending on how big it really is. On a smaller piece, less is always more. But if it is a foot and a half to two foot model, it could stand up to a lot more detailing, especially around the eyes. Just my opinion. You know my style by now. See, the fun part is finding your own vision for the critter, and then getting it out there. Not that easy to do.

Yup, it's resin but it's no larger than a museum replica (around 11 inches). This one is finished (or so I see it), I have another one I'm working on (a supposed Kronosaurus that looks more like a Rhomaleosaurus). The Mosasaurus looks kind of simple because I wanted it to look that way, the skin is completely smooth so I thought I wouldn't overdo it Besides, it looks kind of cartoony, so I decided a complex paintjob wouldn't do. The seam at the rear flipper is not really a seam, I just added a wash to make the joint look darker It came with a base but I didn't want to drill a hole in the figures, so I left them untouched I think I will make a good display though

The neck bottom looks kind of nice, but otherwise I like it

You are one brave man tomhet! ;D Looks nice, I'm glad my attempt at repaint did not inspire yah! ;D I want that figure, it looks really nice. I love the blue color you used, it made it more interesting than the typical black/grey you usually see. Can't wait for the others ;D
